HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga refers to physical exercises designed to align your body promoting strength and flexibility. Breathing helps to improve the oxygenation of the body as to reduce stress and anxiety. This class is specifically designed to revitalise your spirit and restore balance in your body and mind. This makes Hatha yoga suitable for people of all experience levels, even beginners.


VINYASA FLOW

In a Vinyasa Flow class you can expect a fluid physical practice in which carefully crafted sequences of postures are linked mindfully with breath. ‘Vinyasa’ in Sanskrit can be translated as ‘placing with attention’ so there will be a focus on moving with awareness from posture to posture.


YIN YOGA

In Yin Yoga each posture is held longer. This opens into the thicker layers of connective tissue around the joints that a moving, dynamic practice may not access as effectively. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to a dynamic practice and an extremely subtle and profound practice on its own, offering space to slow down.


KIDS YOGA

Kids Yoga is a form of yoga that is designed specifically for children. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility and coordination. Classes are FUN and delivered to children in the form of adventures and stories, using creativity and imagination. It helps children manage their anxiety and teaches them emotional regulation. It also improves self-esteem and concentration as well as strength and flexibility.


PREGNANCY YOGA

Prenatal yoga is a type of yoga designed for pregnant women. Yoga is intended to create a balance between emotional, mental, physical. It decreases lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath. It relaxes the body and focuses on poses in all stages of pregnancy. It Improve sleep and increases strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.


BABY YOGA

Baby yoga is the use of various poses and positions to promote baby’s general health and wellbeing. The postures and positions used help to provide flexibility, beneficial stretching, improve muscle tone and co-ordination and body awareness. It promotes longer and deeper sleep and aids respiration and digestion, as it also improves learning and social development.
